Well, it has been a while, since I wrote a blog post. I hope that you’re all enjoying the latest format of the podcast, and that you’re using the information that we are providing you with.

However, the real reason that I’m writing this blog post is to provide you with some sort of information on how to do planning and how to manage it. As I saw the comments and from the latest Internet marketing podcast show. There are some people that prefer to make use of software or ways of doing certain things. That is when I start searching online that he came across a very interesting service that is available for you to use free of charge. That will allow you to manage any of your goals set timelines and interact with other people. All in one simple and easy-to-use platform, which I thought was unique and interesting. It is called 37signals , and they are a number of big companies that make use of it.

After we recorded the podcast Justin, and I sat down and had an interesting discussion on the way he would be taking his company going forward. It also made me look at the way I would want to be taking my company forward as well. And then there is something that suddenly hit me and that is that you do not need to have a company that has hundreds of employees to be successful and big.

I mean realistically speaking, that people tend to think the more employees you have, the more money you are creating, which means. The more money you have at the end of the day. This of course is a myth, and I have seen it 1st hand through what Justin has explained to me. Imagine outsourcing all of your article work, IT infrastructure, and anything business-related. You no longer have a premise that you’re paying a monthly rental. Plus you do not have to deal with employees not hitting targets, because they are just working on a contract basis. As long as they provide you with what you want within  a specified time, they get paid.

Put up your comments and find out from other people what they are doing to improve their planning and marketing plans. Then I recommend that you go and read this blog post that Tim Ferris has written. It is really thought-provoking and makes a lot of sense.
